The lassi served here is known as “Rabri Wali Lassi”. It is made using yogurt, malai (cream), rabri (a sweetened condensed milk dish), saffron and rose water . Shopkeeper Kailash here says that his mother started this shop. She was not only known for her delicious Kachori, but is also famous for her sharp tongue. Local people started considering Chachi’s scolding along with delicious Kachori as a blessing.
