FEE Denmark has awarded Golden Beach located in the state of Odisha with the prestigious ‘Blue Flag’ certification. Golden Beach is one of the 8 beaches in the country that have been granted Blue Flag certification. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has given this information. He tweeted on social media Twitter that it was “very happy to share the information that Golden Beach has received Blue Flag certification, just like FEE Denmark. This eco-label will add charm to the world-class Heritage City.”

What is F.E.
The full name of FEE is the Foundation for Environment Education Foundation for Environmental Education. It was established in 1987. At that time only five countries were its members.
