FEE Denmark has awarded Golden Beach located in the state of Odisha with the prestigious ‘Blue Flag’ certification. Golden Beach is one of the 8 beaches in the country that have been granted Blue Flag certification. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has given this information. He tweeted on social media Twitter that it was “very happy to share the information that Golden Beach has received Blue Flag certification, just like FEE Denmark. This eco-label will add charm to the world-class Heritage City.”

These 8 beaches are Shivraj Beach (Dwarka-Gujarat), Ghoghla (Diu), Kasarcode and Padubidri Beach (Karnataka), Kappad Beach (Kerala), Rushikonda Beach (Andhra Pradesh), Golden Beach Beach (Odisha) and Radhanagar Beach (Andaman-Nicobar ) Huh.
