Sandhya Aarti of Gomti River has also been included in the Lucknow Darshan Scheme of the Tourism Department of Uttar Pradesh. With this, tourists will also be given a tour of water parks. The proposals stuck due to the lockdown have got the green signal in unlock-1. According to officials, the Lucknow Darshan will be resumed once the corona infection subsides.


According to Regional Tourism Officer Anupam Srivastava, the lockdown caused a break on all the activities of the department. Now work on the plans has started again. Till now, during the Darshan of Lucknow, tourists used to visit the historic buildings of Hussainabad Trust and Gomti Nagar. Now it has also included the evening aarti of the Gomti river to be held at Kudiaghat. 20 to 25 people will be taken on a tour at a time.
